Auffrance Catering started out as a home-based food catering operation in 1992 and grew to be a corporation in 1997 as Donair Foods Asia Incorporated. Auffrance specializes in party planning and coordination headed by Nina Ramos-Marasigan (a licensed interior designer) and serving “Gourmet Cuisine” headed by the Vice-President, Chef Brando Marasigan. Their main office and showroom is located at 47 Nathan Street, White Plains Quezon City, Philippines.
