With almost 20 years experience in the baking industry, Alex Franco’s culinary artistry has made him a sought after Pastry Chef.
His career started as a Commis I in Hotel Niko Manila (Dusit Hotel). After a few years, he became an Acting Demi Chef, then a Demi Chef. Later on, Alex was employed in the prestigious Seaborn Cruise Line Ltd. as an Ast. Pastry chef.

Currently, Alex is his own boss. His wedding creations have drawn clients not only from Manila but from different parts of the globe as well.
