For Miele Guide’s 2010/2011 regional dining guide, Antonio’s was placed on the 5th spot. In 2008, it landed at the 10th spot and 17th spot in 2009. Being consistently listed in the Miele Guide for the past three years speaks a lot about the restaurant. It must be also noted that Antonio’s is the only Philippine entry in the guide.

The one-hectare compound of Antonio’s would easily handle lavish wedding receptions. The management of Batis Asul is now being handled by the second generation who grw up absorbing the “foodies’ lifestyle”. Food and Beverage is headed by Lynette Lansang Kottis- she is graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the University of the Philippines in Diliman and has worked for Marriot’s Hotel in San Francisco, Sales & Marketing, and Metro Manila & Out of Town Operations handled by Jun Cruz, a graduate of De La Salle University who took up AB Psychology. Under these departments is a roster of more than 70 employees.
