Cecilio Abad is an authentic Visayan from Ormoc City. Fair.. But he has an enormous knowledge for designing beautiful clothes and he understands precision cutting.

He is not famous likes his peers in these highly competitive Fashion World. He has no connection. No Publicity. But his artworks highly talks of him. Announces him to almost anywhere in this part of the world.

He had not had an entrance in the Philippine Fashion Arena. Truly, not one of his clients leaves his salon unsatisfied. Rather, almost everyone are ecstatic for an almost perfect artwork. Humbly, he had his clients but by recommendations.

Surprisingly, for the past successive two years, he had been positioned as one of the Top Philippine Wedding Suppliers of the year as credited by Weddings at work.
