I was given the roundabout on who\'s handling my account. ON the day I gave the downpayment, I gave my choices for the table motif and particulars but when I was told that my account was transferred to another person, they did not have the agreed choices and had to start all over again. 2. The agent specifically told us that she would be present in our wedding reception but WASNT. There were extra guests and nobody among the servers knew what to do. 3.
