    I’m currently helping a friend who lives in the US to coordinate her wedding for her. Her mom already made reservations at Grand Terrace so I decided to pass by and check out the venue so that I can share my ideas on decorating the place with my friend. When I got there the Account Executive – Ginalyn Floresta was very rude to me. She looked like she was annoyed that we were there asking questions about the venue and her tone of voice was very abrupt when answering. If my friend wasn’t getting married in 3 months I would definitely recommend having her reception elsewhere. Once the wedding is over I plan on filing a complaint against this Account Executive. She needs training in customer service.

    The venue is nice but the management service is poor. We made a mistake of reserving the small function room in April this year and made a 20K d/p only to realize that the guests that we plan to invite would not fit in. We tried to talk to the management for several times if we could at least make a refund even at 50% of our d/p or anything in kind or thru their catering service – VS&F bec we at least made the cancellation 2 months before the event. We got disgusted because they never entertained our calls and our request. Just be cautious in making the same mistake because you will never get your money back.

    Hi Roni, i agree with you that the whole management team especially their account executive – CYRELLE – should undergo rigid training in customer service. Even Dan of VS&F catering (which Grand Terrace also owns) lacks that. I\’m really sad that these still exists considering that they have a wonderful events place.
