been so helpful and cool and collected. She also been one of those suppliers who was at the receiving end of successive text messages and e-mails from me. She was able to customize a menu that suited our theme and was very receptive to ideas as well. Everyone loved the food and went home with probably an inch or two wider around the waist. In lieu of a traditional wedding cake, she had someone fabricate a 3-tier wrought iron cake stand which she filled with mini bibingka galapong. We also served fresh-off-the-coals bibingka and puto bumbong together with do-it-yourself halo-halo. Oh and there was a dirty ice cream cart as well. Suffice it to say, no one went home hungry that evening. Her staff was very attentive and courteous as well. All the dining utensils were clean and linens immaculate.
