ive been in that bldg in ylaya street in 2008 where we looked for a wedding gown to be used in a pageant.
As a single woman, choosing a nice gown was never easy. Pero dun sa Ylaya,,ang tindera pa mismo ang magooffer sa inyo. I think they accept RUSH gowns…depende sa agreement nyo tita…

the best place in divisoria to find CHEAP (as low as 2k!) gowns is the YANGCO bldg in YLAYA street. just ask around where it is once you\’re past the juan luna-cm recto streets =) good luck!
