Wedding Services Offered by ShalimarEvents

On-the Day Coordination Package

Package Cost- Php 12,000.00 Net (Within METRO MANILA, RIZAL )

  • Turnover of details and contracts from various suppliers at least 2 weeks before the wedding
  • The Couple at this point have already prepared and organized everything for their big day.
  • Inclusive of the On-the-Day service (Preparations at the bridal and groom’s Suite, church, wedding reception), wedding program planning and direction
  • Unlimited Consultations within 2-weeks before the actual wedding date
  • 2 Wedding Coordinators (good for 150 guests-below).
  • Additional P 1,000.00 is added for every additional guest of 100 ( minimum is 150)
  • manage vendors sourced by the client on the day of the wedding
  • If there will be a planned seating arrangement, the Couple will have to prepare the list and seat plan and this will be endorsed to SE! a week before the big day.
  • Additional charge outside Metro Manila and Rizal shall be given accordingly.
  • Crew meals during preparations and after the reception will be provided by the client.

Semi-Full Wedding Coordination Package
Package Cost- Php 20,000.00 Net (Within METRO MANILA, RIZAL )

  • Inclusive of three-six months unlimited consultations and service
  • Inclusive of the On-the-Day service (Preparations at the bridal and groom’s Suite, church, wedding reception), wedding program planning and direction
  • Unlimited Consultations within 2-weeks before the actual wedding date
  • 2 Wedding Coordinators (good for 150 guests-below).
  • Additional P 1,000.00 is added for every additional guest of 100 ( minimum is 150)
  • manage vendors sourced by the client on the day of the wedding
  • If there will be a planned seating arrangement, the Couple will have to prepare the list and seat plan and this will be endorsed to SE! a week before the big day.
  • Additional charge outside Metro Manila and Rizal shall be given accordingly.
  • Crew meals during preparations and after the reception will be provided by the client.
  • With RSVP and Wedding March/Dance Rehearsal (optional)
  • Sourcing for services not yet sourced but the client, Planning and Management;

  • Client to turn-over sourced client to SE Vendor!
  • Coordinator to accompany couple during prenuptial/trial make-up (within metro manila and Rizal area only)
  • Additional charge outside Metro Manila and Rizal Area shall be given accordingly.

Full Wedding Coordination Package
Package Cost- Php 25,000.00 Net Within METRO MANILA, RIZAL )

  • Year-round full planning from Budget Management, Vendor Sourcing/Screening/Contract Signing, Wedding Planning and on the day service (Preparations at the bridal and groom’s Suite, church, wedding reception), wedding program planning and direction
  • Unlimited Consultations within period of contract
  • 2 Wedding Coordinators (good for 150 guests-below).
  • Additional P 1,000.00 is added for every additional guest of 100 ( minimum is 150)
  • manage vendors sourced by the client on the day of the wedding
  • If there will be a planned seating arrangement, the Couple will have to prepare the list and seat plan and this will be endorsed to SE! a week before the big day.
  • Additional charge outside Metro Manila and Rizal shall be given accordingly.

  • Additional charge outside (Metro Manila and Rizal area) shall be given accordingly.
  • Crew meals during preparations and after the reception will be provided by the client.
  • Debut Conceptualization, Coordination and Party Management: P 15,000.00

    • Conceptualization, Planning and Execution of the Party Theme
    • Party Coordination within period of contract and on the day service, program planning, direction and emceeing. This also includes sourcing and managing of other vendors needed for the event.
    • Musical Scoring- all music to be used for the event
    • Programs per guests table/ Registration/ Instructions for the program participants
    • 2-3 Coordinators
    • Meals during and after the event c/o the Client

    Additional Payment will be charged for

    • Choreographed Dances/Production Numbers
    • All Props needed for the production numbers
    • Dubbing of Songs

    (Metro Manila and Rizal only. Additional payment shall be charged for out of town events. Crew meals to be provided by the client.).

    ShalimarEvents’s responsibilities during the event day:
    BRIDE and GROOM’S RESIDENCE/SUITE

    • Check on the Bride, the Groom and the Entourage at the hotel/preparation place and coordinate with last minute details; Time Management implementation according to schedule
    • Check on all suppliers/supplies needed for the wedding (flowers, misalletes, souvenirs, etc.)
    • Securing all bridal accessories and bring to church/ceremony venue (rings, coins, arrhae, pillow, cords, matches, veils, offerings, etc
    • Arrange wedding gown in the body form and all bridal items for the photo shoot
    • AT THE CEREMONY

      • Check ceremony set-up and seating arrangements of entourage/sponsors, parents, bridal pews, musicians, set-up matrimonial candles if applicable
      • Coordinate with church coordinators on ceremony and layout
      • Check arrival of musicians, choir, priest, lectors, commentators, offerors; Check delivery and set-up of flowers; things for the offertory
      • Assist in processional, offertory, signing of contracts, pictorial, recessional, distribution of flowers, misallete
      • Provide sign pens for the contract signing, distribution of things needed for the ceremony to all members of the entourage
      • Orient all people involved in the ceremony for their roles
      • Monitor wedding rites and troubleshoot if necessary
      • Collect candles/rings/arrhaes/pillows/marriage license after the ceremony
      • Check on the venue for any item that may be left behind

      AT THE RECEPTION

    • Check room set-up, venue layout; Check important details per signed contract-place cards; presidential table, etc.
    • Check delivery of cake and its set-up
    • Check souvenirs, wine, dove, musicians, emcee/s, mobile system, music to be used, equipment for AVP and the AVP
    • Coordinate with photographers and videographers for the bridal photo details; monitor services to ensure each vendor complies with agreed contract
    • Arrange the reception line for the Bridal Party
    • Handle registration and reception of guests
    • Coordinate program outline with all suppliers-photo/video/caterer/hotel
    • Assist host/emcee to ensure smooth flow of program; Program direction and execution
    • Routing of guest book; Maintain timing of each reception activity
    • Handling of left over food, distribution of wedding cake and souvenirs and other items as requested by the client
    • Assist in packing up all gifts and items used in the ceremony and at the reception and endorsing them to the authorized person
    • Ensuring all balance payments to vendors are settled
    • Facilitation of Wedding Games

    Terms of Payment

    1. Down payment of 50% is required upon closing and signing of contract. Rest of the payment shall be given during preparations on the day of the event.
    2. Down payment is non-refundable.
