One popular church venue for Roman Catholic weddings in Pampanga is the St. Joseph The Worker Chapel, better known as Chapel 2, located inside the Clark Special Economic Zone.     Para daw po sa non catholic,may requirement ang simbahan na certificate to be submitted to the office of Archbishop of Pamp to get a dispensation letter, mayroon po bang format yung certificate?Anong details/wordings po ang dapat nakalagay sa cert?
