Judging from the pictures from her website, they don't really know how to make gowns that are flattering to the customer. One of them kept saying they were fully booked as if they were too busy to alter the gown to the client's specifications. She seemed so irritated that we wanted changes to be made to the gown so it would fit better. Her team was so rude to us as if we weren't paying full price for the crappy gown that my friend won't be even wearing since we found something better in Zara. Imagine that, a 10,000 peso dress trumps a 20,000+ hand made one. This attests to their lack of skill and detail-orientedness as a design team. What a waste of time. We all hated the gown.
