Lead Time
Please allow 1-2 weeks lead time to make each cord. For rush order, contact us through our mobile number.
Payment
We require 50% payment upon ordering. All payment can be deposited to BPI account or via Gcash. Bank details will be sent via SMS upon order confirmation.
Shipping details
Cost for shipping within Metro Manila is P50.00 (next day delivery) while P80.00 is the provincial rate (1-2 business days). We can do meet ups but only in Trinoma.

last year, we placed an order for a swarovski cord.. to our disappointment, the crystals were not *real* swarovski… i just hoped they would be upfront on those kind of detail. i mean, the cord was nice and all, but to advertise that the crystals used were swarovski is not right.

Can i ask for your real name? I don’t have a Steve or Charmie client. I use Acrylic beads, Glass crystals, Swarovski based upon the clients CHOICE. I used real Swarovski crystals if client ordered one. I can send you proof im using Swarovski crystals. Maybe you ordered glass beads and you confused it with a Swarovski.
