A holder of Engineering degree, B.S. Civil Engineering and B.S. Sanitary Engineering, Danito Buenafe Ignacio (”Danny” danny to his pears and colleagues) did not seem to enjoy his career path in the late eightees when he was still the project Evaluation Officer of national government company in 1988, brought about by an intense interest Danny made a student shift to the field of photography.

Together with a partner, Danny put up AD photography and video services which was then located at Robinsons Manila. During that time, Danny was then the in-house photographer of Manila Midtown Hotel (Ramada). The said photography and video services maintained its studio untill 1994. It was in 1994 when Danny Ignacio and his partnet decided to move the studio to Midland Plaza Hotel and changed its name to Vignette Photography. In 1996, Danny Ignacio became the sole proprietor of Vignette Photography.

Presently, Danny Ignacio serves the only Filipinophotographer of seven party venues in Manila: Diamond Hotel, 1 esplanade, Illustrado Gardens, City Garden Hotel, Ibarra’s Garden, Plaza Ibarra and patio Ibarra.

To date, Danny Ignacio is the only Filipino photographer who became an accredited full member of the prestigious Australian Institute of Professional photography (AIPP) also, a founding member of the Wedding and Portrait Photographers of the Philippines (WPP), and recently he joined the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) in the United States of America.Almost two decades in business Danny Ignacio has certainly learned the ins and outs of photography, and staying in this business for so long means Danny Ignacio learned successfully.
